We collect the information you give us at checkout (name, email, billing details processed by Stripe) to deliver your program, send your coaching emails and provide support. We never sell your personal information.

Cookies & analytics. We use a cookie to keep you logged in to the members area. We may use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure our marketing. You can block these through your browser settings.

Progress data. Your workout check-ins, measurements and Reshape Coach chat history are stored in your browser on your device.

Reshape Coach (AI). Messages you send to Reshape Coach, along with basic program context (your current day and track), are processed by Google's Gemini API to generate replies. Please don't share sensitive health or personal information in the chat. Reshape Coach is an AI and provides general wellness information, not medical advice.

Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time, including under the CCPA if you are a California resident, by emailing support@reshape30.online.

Emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link (CAN-SPAM).
